Citadines on Bourke Melbourne

When needed to extend my trip for another 5 days, I was happy enough with my stay to continue at the Citadines. Similar to my previous review - excellent location - a tram stop just outside, easy access to Melbourne CBD. Lots of options for food nearby. Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed. A desk for work. Basic but good enough kitchen for some simple cooking. The staff did have a look but the room was not available, so I needed to change. I underestimated how much I liked to have a view.

Staff were just so friendly and accommodating. So helpful and authentic. Lift out of service which meant a bit of queuing and sauna out of action so hope these get fixed by time of next stay. It really was the staff high level of customer service that made the stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with a convenient kitchenette, making it just the right size for a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to guide us with recommendations for food, shopping, and places to visit. The best part was the location — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, transport, and shops. Overall, the service was very good, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. Considering the location and amenities, the rate we paid was very reasonable compared to many other hotels. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

My stay at Citadines on Bourke was fantastic! The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helped me with all my questions. My room was not only spacious, complete with cooking utensils and appliances and bright but also very comfortable, and I slept soundly on the excellent mattress. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to all the major attractions. I have not tried their restaurant though as it's centrally located to all restaurants and shops. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

Reception was really helpful and assisted us when we forgot to bring our travel adapters/guided us along with the parking processes! Overall really nice staff at the reception. The location was also amazing, located right in CBD with lots of food options, and at the same time providing convenient transport to areas outside of CBD.
